Transfer Certificate

Those desirous of applying for Transfer Certificate need to fill the T.C. form available at the school office & submit on or before Monday, 25th Mar 2024.

T.C. form along with “No Due Certificate” issued from Library / Lab / Sports / maintenance is mandatory.

  • Administrative charges of ₹ 1,000/- will be levied on those who pay the fees and want to withdraw their ward from Monday, 25th March 2024 to Saturday, 30th March 2024.
  • In case of withdrawal from Sunday, 31st March 2024 to Monday, 3rd June 2024 (the re-opening day of the school) 10% of the annual fee will be forfeited.
  • If parents withdraw their ward/s from the school, from the reopening day to Saturday, 5th October 2024, 60% of the annual fee will be forfeited.
  • If parents withdraw their ward/s during the 2nd term, from Sunday, 6th October 2024 to the last working day of the academic year, Saturday, 29th March 2025 - entire annual fee will be forfeited.

Those who apply for Transfer Certificate after payment of annual fee, must retain the original copy of the fee receipt and enclose the same along with filled in T.C. application form. Please do not collect the books.
